Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Benchmark Drinks Limited, registered in England and Wales. The registered address for Benchmark Drinks Ltd (Company No. 11164581) is The Courtyard, Shoreham Road, Upper Beeding, Steyning, West Sussex, BN44 3TN, United Kingdom.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
2. Eligibility
This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees of the promoter, its associated companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
The competition opens on Saturday 24th January at 10am(UK time) and closes on Friday 30th January at 9pm (UK time).
Entries submitted after the closing time will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
• Follow @eltonjohnzero on Instagram
• Like the competition post
• Tag at least one friend in the comments of the competition post
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Internet access and a valid Instagram account are required.
Only entries that comply fully with these Terms & Conditions will be valid. Multiple entries are permitted, however spamming or automated entries are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
5. Prize
One winner will receive one Elton John Zero branded hamper, containing a selection of non-alcoholic products and branded items.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require it.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 48 hours of the competition closing.
The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message from the official @eltonjohnzero account only.
The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide a UK delivery address.
If no response is received within this timeframe, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered to a UK address only, within approximately 28 days of winner confirmation.
The promoter is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
8. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that the promoter may announce the winner’s Instagram handle on its social media channels and may request the winner’s participation in reasonable promotional activity related to the competition, without additional compensation.
9. Data Protection
Personal data provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation and the promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil the prize.
10. General
The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or is suspected of fraudulent or unfair participation.
The promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.
The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
